Terms & Conditions

Payment & Security

All payments made through our website are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
Duncan Lambert Golf does not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled by Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Lesson & Fitting Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any golf lesson or custom fitting session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or ‘no-shows,’ will be charged the full session fee.

In the event of extreme weather making the range unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time. No refunds will be issued for weather-related postponements where a reschedule is offered.

Price Promise

We offer a price match promise against the top 10 online golf retailers. The product must be in stock (with the online retailer) at the time of the price match. We don’t price match EBay or Amazon or discounted “sign up” “first orders”.

Gift Card & Voucher Policy

Digital gift cards are customised and delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday).

All gift cards and lesson vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
