Earn points every time you shop
At Duncan Lambert Golf Shop, we value our customers’ loyalty. Our loyalty card is designed to give back to the golfers who make us Kent’s premier destination for equipment and apparel. It is a “must-have” for our regular visitors, including our dedicated lady golfers, providing a simple way to save on every purchase.
Whether you are visiting us at West Malling Golf Club for a new set of irons or stocking up on essentials, our loyalty scheme ensures that every pound you spend brings you closer to your next reward.

Why join our loyalty scheme?
There are no hidden fees or subscription costs. The Duncan Lambert Golf shop loyalty card is our way of saying thank you for supporting your local professional shop at West Malling Golf Club.
Our loyalty card isn’t an actual physical card, it’s an account on our digital POS system. You won’t need to do anything in-store to collect loyalty points, it happens automatically when your purchases are logged against your account.
You receive 2% of every purchase back in loyalty points. They are automatically stored onto your account in the professional shop at West Malling, meaning you don’t have yet another card to store in your wallet/purse. Your points can be redeemed against the entire range of products in our pro shop on your next visit. You can use them on sale items too.
As a loyalty card holder, you will be the first to hear about seasonal promotions, “double point” events, and brand-specific rewards – such as the popular Titleist “4 for 3” loyalty offers.
You can choose to use the loyalty points automatically stored on your account or let them build up for a larger purchase, such as a new custom fit driver or a travel bag.
By using your loyalty card/account, we can keep a record of your purchases. This makes it easier for us to assist with warranty claims or simply to remind you of which glove size or ball type you previously purchased.
